Returns

For returns, please email returns@tideandpeakoutfitters.com and provide:

(a) your name;

(b) your order number;

(c) whether you would like an exchange or a refund. 

For items eligible for return, we accept items up to 21 days after original purchase date for a full refund. We accept returns up to 30 days after original purchase date for an even exchange and we accept returns up to 60 days after original purchase date for store credit. All items must be unworn and unwashed. 

 Nonreturnable items:

All items listed on sale with a red marked down price will be final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Regular priced items that are final sale include: Gift Cards, Yeti Coolers, Southern Proper Coolers, Lit Coolers, and Stickers. 

 

Shipping:

Returns are free but limited to one free return label per order number (final sale items are excluded). Return labels are not provided for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. If a Return Label is not provided, please return all items in their original condition via mail to 1015-A Collier Road, Atlanta, GA 30318 and allow 11-14 days for money to be refunded.  If you are a member, returns are free but limited to one free return and/or exchange per order (final sale items are excluded).

Exchanges - Offered up to 30 days from original order date

Sale items are NOT eligible. If you are a member, returns are free (but limited to one free return label and/or exchange per order). After the first exchange is conducted, the item may be returned a second time at the customer's expense for a store credit only. If requested item is not available, Tide & Peak Outfitters will contact the customer via email. 
Exchanges w/ discount codes:
If you used a promotion code for your purchase and the item was not already marked down, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item. CCP does not store credit card information so If you wish to exchange an item for a greater price, you will need to provide us with needed information. 

Store Credit - Offered up to 60 days from original order date: 
Sale Items are NOT eligible. Once the order has been returned and processed, a store credit will be issued for the price paid. If customer paid for shipping, this fee will not be included in the store credit. The Store Credit will be emailed to the customer within 1-2 weeks after the item has been returned.

Refunds - Offered up to 21 days from the original order date: 
Sale Items are NOT eligible. Once returned, please allow 2 weeks for refund to show on your account. If you paid for shipping on the original order, that shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note, if the credit card used to make the purchase expires before the order is returned (this includes the return of damaged or defective items), the only option will be store credit or exchange with no exceptions. All refunds will be applied ONLY to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued. 

Defective Items:

Tide & Peak Outfitters does not take responsibility for items damaged due to wear and tear. For items that arrive broken or defective, Tide & Peak Outfitters must be notified within 2 weeks from the time the order was delivered and the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Since Tide & Peak Outfitters is a vendor for a number of separately owned brands, if an individual brand provides a warranty for a particular item on their website, this does NOT mean Tide & Peak Outfitters provides the same warrant for the item listed on our website. Warranty provided by other companies will only be carried over if the brand extends it to Tide & Peak Outfitters.

Holiday Returns:
For all items that eligible for return (final sale items are excluded), purchased between November 27th (Black Friday) - December 25th, customers will be allowed to return items to our warehouse via mail for a refund, exchange, or store credit through January 15th. All items purchased from November 27th - December 25th that are received by our warehouse AFTER January 15th will NOT be eligible for a refund (this includes returned exchanges and no exceptions will be granted. Again, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

This policy is listed on our website at all times and can be found at the bottom of every page during the checkout process. It is up to the customer to review our policy before submitting an order and by choosing to shop with Tide & Peak Outfitters, customers agree to all our terms and policies. As a result, Tide & Peak Outfitters reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
