IMPORTANT - (RETURN DEADLINES LISTED BELOW):
Final Sale items are yours to keep. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if they wish to return an item from an order.
Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed
Any items received that do not meet the criteria listed, will not be processed.
Refund: Item must be received within 45 days of original order date. Refunds do not include shipping fees. All refunds will be provided to the original form of payment only. If the payment is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued. No exceptions will be made.
Exchange: Item must be received within 60 days of the original order date. Item must be of equal or lower value. Sherpa Pullover will pay for exchange outbound shipping once. After an item is exchanged once, it may be returned a second time for a store credit only.
Tide and Peak (T&P) must be notified of any defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of email to firstname.lastname@example.org identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. You will be asked to provide a clear photo. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. T&P does not provide warranties on products unless a warranty is extended to T&P by the products individual brand. Any defective, worn, or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed or accepted. No exceptions will be made.
For incorrectly shipped items, please email email@example.com identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive.
2018 Holiday Return Policy Begins November 18th, 2018. Customers who order on or after November 18th will be able to return items up till January 15th for a refund (final sale are not returnable or exchangeable). All orders received after January 15th will be subjected to our regular deadlines . No exceptions will be made on packages received by our staff after the 15th.
